Frequently Asked Questions

What is each line of LeoLine Leotards used for?

The lines are all placed specifically to help all core alignment areas.

  • 1. The Horizontal Center line is used for proper hip placement. Most commonly beneficial to passé and retire.

    2. The Vertical Center line is used to show center of balance. When on two feet, it should be placed differently than when on one foot.

    3. The Side Vertical lines are used to show a mimic of the spine’s alignment. When the line is curved, the abdominal muscles are not properly engaged. When straight, the core is engaged to support the spine during all movements.

How do I use this to teach?

We will be presenting a tutorial on each line soon! Stay tuned.

What is the difference between LeoLine and a regular leotard?

Regular leotards do not have the above listed lines placed specifically to guide athletes to proper alignment. They may have fun designs, but not placed in areas that help with development and growth!
